The Client Portal simplifies and structures work with Fixinc by providing a real-time view into program milestones, deliverables, and progress. It brings entire engagements into one streamlined dashboard where clients can track milestones, view progress reports, access key documents, and monitor loyalty points.

## Core Functionality

### Real-time Program Visibility

The Implementation Plan feature allows leadership teams to track sprint progress, upcoming milestones, and completed deliverables. Shareable reports can be downloaded at any time for stakeholders and board meetings.

### Secure Role-based Access

Team members receive appropriate access levels based on their role. Project sponsors can review progress while finance teams track invoices, with sensitive information appropriately gated based on permissions.

### Centralised Document Management

Documents, proposals, sprint summaries, invoices, and loyalty rewards are housed under one login with mobile and desktop access available. This reduces administrative friction from resilience programs.
