# Loyalty Program

> Points-based benefits for Fixinc clients, rewarding engagements, referrals, and feedback with credits toward future resilience work.

## Overview
The Fixinc Loyalty Program is a points-based system for organisations that work with Fixinc on resilience programs and related services. It awards points for project engagements, timely administration, referrals, and feedback activities, which can then be redeemed as credits against future work. The program complements existing resilience engagements rather than replacing formal commercial agreements. Over time, clients can accumulate enough points to offset costs for activities such as reviews, training, or exercises. Points are associated with the organisation rather than individuals, supporting longer-term relationships and ongoing capability development.

## How the Loyalty Program Works
Under the Loyalty Program, organisations earn points through engagements and interactions with Fixinc. Points accrue across different categories of activity, including formal project milestones and selected relationship-building actions.

In a typical program, it is possible to accumulate thousands of points over the course of a structured engagement, especially when combining project work with referrals and published feedback. These points can be consolidated and later applied as credits on new proposals or invoices.

Key operational characteristics include:

- Points accumulate across engagements within a program
- There is no enforced annual expiry; balances carry over
- Points can be applied flexibly against different categories of future work, subject to any product-specific caps

## Point Accumulation and Retention
The Loyalty Program is structured so that points grow over time and are not lost at the end of each calendar year. This allows organisations to build a meaningful balance without pressure to redeem within a fixed annual cycle.

Features include:

- **High potential accrual per program:** A single multi-discipline resilience program can generate a substantial number of points, especially when combined with client-led activities such as case studies or referrals
- **Annual rollover:** Points do not reset each year. Organisations can retain their balances across financial and calendar years
- **Repeated redemption opportunities:** Points can be redeemed more than once over the life of the relationship, as new projects are proposed or scoped
- **Budget support:** Points can help organisations continue or expand resilience initiatives by offsetting some of the direct financial cost

## Earning Loyalty Points
Below is a sample of actions and associated point values:

- **Proposal signed within 4 weeks** - 40 points: Points are awarded when a Fixinc proposal is accepted within a defined timeframe
- **Invoice cleared on or before due date** - 80 points: Timely payment of invoices generates additional points
- **Recommendation of Fixinc on LinkedIn** - 390 points: Publishing a recommendation on LinkedIn that endorses work with Fixinc
- **Review of Fixinc on Google Reviews** - 320 points: Providing a public review on Google
- **Referring a prospect to Fixinc who becomes a client** - 450 points: When a referred organisation becomes a client, the referring organisation receives points
- **Submitting a case study with Fixinc** - 720 points: Collaborating on a case study documenting a program, incident, or exercise
- **Linking to Fixinc from your website** - 780 points: Creating a link from an organisation's own site to Fixinc's site

These actions form only part of the full schedule. A more extensive list is available within the Fixinc Client Portal once an organisation is onboarded as a client.

## Tracking and Redeeming Points

### Tracking Points
Organisations can monitor their Loyalty Points through the Fixinc Client Portal. The portal presents the current point balance on the dashboard and updates it automatically as new engagements are completed or qualifying activities are recorded. This allows program owners and senior stakeholders to:

- See the cumulative value of their ongoing work with Fixinc
- Plan ahead for when points may be used to offset future activities
- Validate that agreed activities have been recognised appropriately

### Redeeming Points
Loyalty Points are redeemed as credits against future proposals or invoices. This includes a range of resilience work such as workshops, reviews, training sessions, and new solution components.

Redemption characteristics include:

- Points operate similarly to credit applied toward eligible future work
- Application of points occurs at the proposal or invoicing stage, rather than as direct cash reimbursement
- Organisations can decide when to apply points, subject to any program conditions communicated by Fixinc

The design is analogous to frequent flyer or air miles programs, where points subsidise future activity rather than retroactively adjusting past engagements.

## Eligibility and Scope

### Client Eligibility
The Loyalty Program is exclusive to Fixinc clients. In practice, this means:

- Points are available to organisations that have an active or historical commercial relationship with Fixinc
- Specific earning opportunities are triggered by signed proposals, cleared invoices, or documented advocacy and collaboration activities

Non-clients may interact with Fixinc through events or content but would not typically accumulate Loyalty Points until a formal client relationship is established.

### Scope of Work Covered
The program applies to a broad range of resilience services and disciplines, covering business continuity, crisis management, emergency management, IT disaster recovery, and related training or exercises.

Technology products are included but with some constraints:

- Points apply to all technology offerings
- For certain third-party or partnered technology products (for example solutions associated with F24 or Fixinc's BIA tooling), the points that can be earned are capped relative to any broader resilience program or disciplines being run. This ensures that the loyalty structure remains aligned with service delivery and advisory work

## Frequently Asked Questions

### What is the Fixinc Loyalty Program?
The Fixinc Loyalty Program is a structured mechanism for recognising and rewarding client organisations. It provides points for every dollar spent on qualifying work and further award opportunities for referrals, social or public recommendations, and feedback activities such as reviews or case studies. The program is comparable to airline or air miles schemes, with points accruing as clients invest in resilience programs and participate in the wider Fixinc community.

### How do I redeem Loyalty Points?
Points are redeemed by applying them as a credit toward future paid work. This occurs either during proposal formation or at invoicing, where a portion of the cost is offset by the points balance.

Eligible uses include:

- Workshops or training modules
- Program or documentation reviews
- Additional solution components or exercises that fit within Fixinc's service catalogue

The operational detail of redemption (such as conversion rates or caps) is managed directly between Fixinc and the client.

### Where can I see how many points I have earned?
Point balances can be accessed in the Fixinc Client Portal. The dashboard displays the total points earned, updated automatically as activities are logged and invoices are processed.

The portal allows organisations to:

- Confirm the status of their balance
- Assess whether sufficient points are available for a future planned activity
- Review the impact of specific engagement or advocacy activities on point totals

### Do I need to spend heavily to earn points?
The program does not require large spending to begin earning value. While larger projects naturally generate more points through spend-based accrual, additional points are available for lower-cost or non-transactional contributions, including:

- Referring Fixinc to peers or partner organisations
- Tagging or referencing Fixinc in relevant professional posts
- Participating in Fixinc webinars or other suitable interactions
- Providing structured feedback through reviews and case studies

### Are Loyalty Points available on technology products?
Yes, Loyalty Points apply to technology products associated with Fixinc. However:

- Points for technology-related transactions may be capped
- Caps are set relative to active resilience programs or discipline-based work to keep the program balanced between advisory services and software components

This ensures that organisations using both advisory and technology services benefit from the program without skewing accrual solely toward licences or subscriptions.
