Warden Training is a key stage in the Emergency Management phase of organisational resilience. Your first line of emergency response is your wardens, and this training ensures they are ready to respond effectively.

Fixinc runs practical training for wardens and chief wardens. Topics include evacuation routes, building safety, first response, emergency equipment, and communication. Chief Warden briefings cover use of EWIS panels and Fire Indicator Panels (FIPs), helping build leadership skills within your emergency structure.

Training is kept real, concise, and focused on action. Whether for new wardens or seasoned leaders, the training builds confidence and team coordination. Training outcomes are synchronised with wider Emergency Management frameworks and [digital response tools](https://docs.fixinc.io/technology/f24.md), keeping teams aligned and accountable.

## Delivery Approach

Warden Training follows Fixinc's four-step methodology:

1. **Plan**: Agile, first-principles planning ensures a smooth rollout of your refreshed program
2. **Do**: Warden Training is rolled out smoothly at your organisation
3. **Check**: Your Warden Training is draft until validated, this phase addresses that
4. **Act**: Your team and ours will be ready when Warden Training is activated in real-life situations

## Engagement Process

### Initial Consultation

A link will be sent via email from the Advisory team. You select a convenient time to chat over phone, Teams, Zoom, or in person. The initial call runs 30-45 minutes to discuss objectives, share how Fixinc works, and address any questions.

### Proposal and Quote

A proposal is delivered within 24 hours detailing the scope of work. One week later, it is discussed, and ten minutes after that a final quote is provided for signing. If not signed within five weeks, Fixinc assumes it is not the right time.

### Delivery Stages

**Review and Health Check**: All Warden Training implementations start with a deep review of what is already in place. Benchmarks are set based on best practice and ISO standards.

**Design and Develop**: With appropriate involvement from your team, the Warden Training component of your Emergency Management program is built to the highest available quality.

**Validate**: Where appropriate, the new Warden Training discipline is tested and validated. This provides tangible evidence of capability and maturity to stakeholders.

**Maintain**: A plan is built to ensure Warden Training runs annually, addressing the momentum challenges organisations face when embedding resilience.
