The faster you understand what has affected your organisation, the faster you recover. This module teaches leaders how to evaluate the impact of a crisis across operations, people, and reputation without getting lost in details. The focus is on clarity, prioritisation, and identifying what decisions need to be made next.

## Delivery Approach

Evaluating Crisis Impacts follows a four-step methodology:

1. **Plan**: Agile, first-principles planning ensures a smooth rollout of your refreshed programme
2. **Do**: Evaluating Crisis Impacts is rolled out smoothly at your organisation
3. **Check**: Your Evaluating Crisis Impacts discipline is draft until validated, and this step addresses that
4. **Act**: Your team and Fixinc's team will be ready when your Evaluating Crisis Impacts discipline is activated in real-life situations

## Module Content

Evaluating Crisis Impacts helps leaders assess how a disruption is unfolding, what has been affected, and what matters most right now. The module introduces rapid assessment frameworks that break down operational, financial, reputational, and human impacts, enabling executives to prioritise with confidence. It is designed to feed directly into escalation decisions, public response strategies, and business continuity activations.

Fixinc specialises in simplifying complexity. The organisation equips leadership teams with decision-focused tools they can use in real time, not buried in the appendix of a crisis plan. Facilitators guide leaders through simulations and real scenarios, helping them translate impact into action. The training is fast, focused, and tailored to the decisions that matter most in the first hours of a crisis.

## Engagement Process

### Initial Consultation

**Link to chat**: A link will be sent to you via email from the Advisory team. You get to pick a time to chat that is convenient to you, whether over the phone, Teams, Zoom, or in person

**30-45 minutes**: Tell Fixinc what your objectives are. The team has a set of questions ready and will share how things are done, giving you a chance for any questions and answers

**Proposal and Quote**: You will receive a proposal within 24 hours detailing the scope of work. One week later, it will be discussed. Ten minutes later you will have a final quote to sign

**5 Weeks**: Fixinc clients expect the team to be working for them, not chasing proposals. If it is not signed off within five weeks, it will be assumed it is not the right time

### Delivery Phases

**Review and Health Check**: All Evaluating Crisis Impacts implementations start with a deep review of what is already in place. Benchmarks are set based on best practice and ISO standards

**Design and Develop**: With as much involvement as necessary from your team, the Evaluating Crisis Impacts component of your Executive Resilience Training programme is built to the very highest quality available

**Validate**: Where appropriate, your new Evaluating Crisis Impacts discipline is tested and validated. This provides tangible evidence of capability and maturity to your stakeholders

**Maintain**: The number one setback for organisations who embed resilience is momentum. A plan is built to ensure your Evaluating Crisis Impacts runs annually
