## What to Expect After Reaching Out
When an organisation contacts Fixinc to explore resilience, continuity, or disaster recovery support, the process typically follows a consistent structure.

### 1. Link to Schedule a Conversation
An advisor sends a scheduling link via email. This allows the organisation to choose a suitable time and preferred format for the conversation, such as phone, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or an in-person meeting at one of the offices.

### 2. 30-45 Minute Discussion
The initial conversation usually runs for 30-45 minutes. During this time:

- Objectives, constraints, and current maturity levels are explored
- Fixinc shares an outline of how its advisory model and delivery methods work
- The organisation can ask clarifying questions about scope, timing, and potential approaches

The intent is to gather enough context to determine whether there is a fit and what type of support might be appropriate.

### 3. Proposal and Follow-Up
If both sides agree that a formal proposal is useful:

- A proposal describing scope, structure, and indicative approach is prepared, typically within 24 hours
- About a week later, Fixinc and the organisation review the proposal together to validate assumptions and clarify details
- A refined quote is then produced, usually within minutes of the discussion, reflecting any agreed changes

### 4. Timeframe for Proceeding
If a proposal remains unsigned after approximately five weeks, the team generally treats the opportunity as inactive or deferred and redirects focus to current client work. Organisations can re-engage later if priorities change.
