His career spans over 32 years with hundreds of leading businesses from around the globe. ## Professional Background With more than 30 years of business continuity and IT experience across Asia, the UK, Europe, New Zealand, and Australia, Brad has led numerous business continuity and crisis management projects across government, finance, education, infrastructure, utilities, and telecommunications sectors. Brad developed Fixinc's Tungsten Diamond framework and has extensive experience in: - Policy development - Business Impact Analysis - Strategy development - Plan implementation - Scenario training His expertise spans business continuity training, crisis response facilitation, and ensuring organisations embed resilience into their culture and operations. ## Military Service Before joining Fixinc, Brad served 15 years in the British Army as a tank commander, earning: - Northern Ireland Clasp for Operation Banner - NATO Medal for service in Yugoslavia He also worked as an Arctic Warfare Instructor with the Allied Command Europe (ACE) quick reaction special forces group, deploying across the Arctic, Balkans, and the Middle East. Brad brings extensive incident response experience from counterterrorism operations as well as humanitarian missions with Médecins Sans Frontières and UNHCR. ## Christchurch Earthquake Response Brad's expertise was tested during the 2011 Christchurch earthquakes, where he led two incident management cells, ensuring services were restored within a week.
